Our whole goal is to be a resource to the families and work with them from the very beginning. We wanted to do something that wasn’t done before. LISTEN. Listening to our families and to do a placement based on their needs. We created a medical model agency and decided to do an assessment on every referral to see exactly where they are medically as well as cognitively. Then we listen to our families as to where they want to have their love one geographically placed. What can they afford and if they need financial assistance. We then refer them to a network of resources depending upon their needs. It could be anywhere from financial advisors, lawyers, real estate agencies or physicians. We have a combined of over 25 years of healthcare experience. We want to be a friendly resource to which families could turn to in a time of need. With all this in mind, we created Senior Pathways. |
